Invalid Weight Goal

Hello,

I got my Fitbit Versa almost a week ago. I am not new to using a fitbit but I am having an issue. Every time I go to update my starting weight and goal weight I keep getting and Invalid Error Message. Anyone else getting it? I have attempted to update from the Dashboard and in my profile.  I also can't upload my pictures to this as it keeps asking for a source...

Error on profile - Please provide a valid weight no greater than 680.4

Error on Dashboard - Must be a valid weight between 5 lbs and 1500 lbs

Have you solved this problem? I had a same error when I try to change the clock display time. I input my weight but it keeps saying it's invalid.

Hi, yes I did. It was because my computer needed updated.

yes, every time I have updated my starting weight and goal weight it does not save it
