My versa 3 isn't picking up calories burned during exercise or my sleep pattern?

Hi @Melg42 - check it is registering heart rate and if not try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried this and its still the same. Its not recording my heart rate, sleep pattern or calories burnt. The green light on the back isn't flashing either.

@Melg42 - unfortunately in all probability your watch has developed a fault often from water getting in causing damage.

If it is under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
