Hi guys,
I have been using my Versa 2 for 2 years now and it's been working great. The last couple of days though have not been as great. The start and stop button on the touch screen has all but stopped working on most apps. I can start tracking my workout, but I can't stop it using the same button. I used to be able to start a timer, or the stop watch, but now I can neither start it, not stop it and tapping on the buttons on screen don't work. I tried a hard reset and reinstalling the timer app but the problem persists. I tried other timer apps and none of them work. My Versa 2 is running the latest update.
Can anyone help me out?

Thank you for your response. The start and stop buttons for an activity, or for the timer are on the touch screen, it's not a physical button. Also, I tried other apps that use the touch screen to check if it's a problem with the screen ( tic tac for example because it utilizes the entire screen ) and it works fine. It is extremely inconvenient to have to restart the device each time I have to end my workout, or to not be able to use the timer.

My Versa 2 is also 2 years old and has been working great. I am seeing the same issue with the start and stop button on the touch screen not functioning on exercises.
