Did you mean:

Invalid public key returned

So just got a new Fitbit versa, I changed the bands and came across some trouble when I accidentally put in the security code wrong a couple of times. I got that sorted though. But now when I want to set up a credit card I have to have a pin, but every time I try and create a new one it says “Invalid public key returned”. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

You're probably going to have to contact customer support for this and with this being the Xmas period they may be a little slow getting back to you.

It is possible that someone here can help though so fingers crossed.

Hi, if you activated Versa's Wallet, e,g, pay, do the folowing:

1. Go to your Fitbit app

2. Go to the page where Clcok faces, etc are shown.

3. Scroll down to Device lock, click that and see what it says

4. Change the device lock to "No device lock" and press enter.

Hope this will work!

BTW, if this will not work go to "how to unlock my device"
