Hello,
please I would need help with this problem:
- i have a new iPhone 11 with iOS 13.3 and new fitbit Versa
- before I had iPhone SE and fitbit charge 2 - iPhone SE is now in the factory setting without fitbit and charge 2 are broken
- I removed all old devices from my web account
- I have fitbit installed on my new iPhone 11 and I logged in my account
- unfortunately Versa does not sync with the iPhone 11 at all
- app fitbit is up to date and iPhone 11 has the latest SW - iOS 13.3
- I tried all the advice - log out and uninstalling app fitbit, restart iPhone 11, restart Versa, off and on bluethoot, setting bluethoot is ok
- I tried to set up a new account, but neither does Versa sync to it
I still can't connect
please, give me an advice
Thank you in advance
Olga N.

Olga,
Try going to your dashboard on the webiste and then go to settings and recheck and save all items on the web site. This will automatically transfer them to your phone if your phone is connected to your local wi-fi network so the 2 may communicate.
Once all is checked and done on the website then go to your phone and resync and this will transfer all the new settings from the web to the watch.
Good luck!
Some setttings may only be set and changed from the website (such as 24 hr clock) and that is how i got mine to work for notifications.

Hello Lenanne,
thank you for your advice.
I´ve checked my web account settings and everything seems fine.
There are no devices in my account.
After signing in the app on iPhone - +set up a device -
but the bluethooth connection versa fails.
My problem is still unresolved 😞

Hi Olga,
When one gets a new Versa 2 the iphone must be connected to internet, usually via wifi. One then downloads the Fitbit app via wifi and it installs it on the phone.
With the iphone connected to the internet via wifi and with the Fitbit App installed on the iphone one is then ready to connect to the Versa 2 via bluetooth and download and install the latest Versa 2 firmware version. When it does this the Versa 2 sends a bluetooth code to the iphone which is used to sync them. It appears this has not happened from what you have noted.
To do this one will have to add the Versa 2 as a new phone on the iphone fitbit app. When one does this the iphone Fitbit app should automatically update the web version with Fitbit on your existing account whether it has old phones or not.
If the web version has no record of your Versa 2 being installed on the new iphone then it has not happened. Are you sure your iphone app and web account have the same logon details (username and password)
I suggest go online with your pc and connect to you web account. Currently you say no devices appear. Make sure of the username and password.
Then enter the same details on the iphone app and make sure the web and iphone app are using the same user details.
Then on the iphone app add the versa 2 as a new Fitbit device and one this has been done it should be reflected on the your web account as well. It appears you web ccount and iphone fitbit app might not be using the same user account details.
Hope this helps ?

Hi Lenanne,
all you wrote is a standard procedure, that I tried at the beginning.
in the app on my iPhone 11 iOS 13.3 cannot add a new fitbit device.
If I want to add a new device, it will not be paired via bluethoot.
Unfortunately Versa is not communicating with iPhone.
I have only Versa not Versa 2.
Unfortunately, it still fails

Olga - did you ever resolve this? I am having the same exact issue and can’t get anything to work.
