My versa, that I have had for 12 months stopped charging. I put it on the device to charge and it says it is charging and even the battery symbol is moving but it doesn’t charge. I’ve left it for hours and it losers charge! Any tips?

@Nicki7388 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge even though you have put it on the charger for hours.
I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 ours and see if the issue gets fixed.

My Versa which is less than a year old will no longer charge. For the past month it has not been holding a charge for more than 1 day and then today it will not charge at all. I have cleaned the contacts but to no avail. Please advise.

Thanks for the response. My charger does not vibrate when I put it on the charging dock. I contacted FitBit yesterday and they are sending me a new charging dock to see if that fixes the problem.

Hello,
Can someone please help me. I was gifted a fitbit versa for Christmas. But the charger stopped working. It never vibrated when I connected it. Where and how do I get a new charger dock? Please I hope this will be simple. I am a abi survior and undestanding some things can be difficult. Thank you.
