Irregular Heart Rate since latest Tracker Update

Has anyone noticed since the latest update for Fitbit trackers that the heart heart become irregular during exercise? During all other time it’s still fine. But the day I did the update I’ve not had accurate heart rate data during workouts on my Versa 2. Usually I’m between 150-160 and now it will go from 145 to below 100 intermittently through my entire session.

Do try a restart of the watch to see if that makes things better.

Thank you but unfortunately I did a restart, factory reset and tried turning the heart rate off, syncing and turning the heart rate back on. No luck so far!

Have a look around on the forum, your comments seem to reflect those of many since the new update.

It may well be a new general issue with Firmware xx.72.1.9, as you have detected.

May be they borrowed the problematic heart rate algorithms from the Sense/Versa 3
