Bought my wife a new versa as she did not like the black. Tried to move her versa over to my account (1 year old) but following the steps (including reset) turned it into a brick. Fitbit claims since it is out of warranty there is nothing they can do. My advise: DO NOT try to reset a Versa or move accounts. Other posts on this forum show many people have bad luck with Versa quality, several say their new device was replaced with a refurbished one that failed. All they can do for me is give a discount on a Versa lite. Seriously looking into the competition. As a PE teacher I am no longer promoting Fitbit. Too bad because I use to have so many good things to say. Things were better back in the days of the Blaze. If Fitbit hardware was quality like their app, I would stand behind them.
