Malfunction

Recently My Fitbit device has stopped working and I was wondering on how to fix it. I was browsing the internet in search of answers to what had happened to my device when I has stumbled upon a malfunction video for a Fitbit versa. I had stumbled upon a video explaining a problem with his/her device. Malfunction case no. 25539762 matches exactly what my device is like currently.

@Prachet_M, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has stopped working. Thank you for sharing a video that shows the same issue that you are experiencing.

 

However, I'm afraid that we can't open the video and were unable to view the issue. Would you please provide the details of the issue that your Versa is experiencing?

 

- Did it stop turning the display on?

- Did it stop charging? If so, does it vibrate when you put it on the charger?

- Did it stop syncing with the device you sync it with?

 

This information will help me to assist you accordingly.

Hi! My Fitbit versa has the dame issue. I watched the video too. The Fitbit versa doesnt turno on any way and when i put into the charger and there is nothing that happens. It doesnt turno on and i see just a black screen.

Yeah exactly. Honestly I might just pay some extra cash and then buy an
Apple Watch instead. At least I can rely on it to not blackout. Try using a
different charger or purchasing a new one. Mine works now not the same
problem reoccurs every now and then.
