Is SpO2 Signature available on Versa 2 in Italy?

I’m trying to install on my Versa2 the SpO2 signature, but it seems to me that it isn’t available yet. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

You can change your region to Canada and you will be able to download it. 

Open your Fitbit app, then open account, personal, change your location to Canada and simply reopen the app, you will find the SPO2 face, enjoy it

Dear Qais983, thank you very much for your kind reply. I’ve already changed
my location in Canada, reopened the App, rebooted my Versa 2, but the SPO2
signature is not still available 😞
In attachment you can find my screenshot (sorry, it is in Italian), the
“select” tab is not active

Maybe it’s because I have an IPhone? Is this feature availabile only for
Android systems?

Hi Laura, 

Actually Spo2 Face is available in your region (Italy), I have just tried changing my location to Italy and I found Spo2 face, so it's not a region issue.

I am not sure if it's available for iphone or not, but as I have read it should be available. We need a confirmation from Fitbit team or an iphone user.

But let us try some solutions. 

Go to this link, it's Spo2 face in Fitbit gallery, open it in your browser and then from there open it in your Fitbit app, let me know what will you find.

Are you sure that you have the latest firmware version on your Versa device. 

Anyway you can check this link which tells you the latest version of firmware for all of Fitbit devices.
