For a couple weeks now the clock on my Versa Lite will be behind by like 7ish minutes, and sometimes syncing it in the app would help, sometimes not. So yesterday, in an attempt to troubleshoot it, I did the following:
-restarted my tracker (twice!)
-restarted my phone (twice!)
-uninstalled and reinstalled the app
-unpaired my tracker from my phone's Bluetooth (but have not been able to re-pair)
It still syncs with the app, but the clock is still occasionally running behind.

Hi @Jennybeam yes removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth will often help with a sync issue. Open the app, the app will ask for permission to pair the tracker. The user will not be able to pair the tracker to the phones Bluetooth.
As for the time, set the watch to a wrong timezone. Sync the tracker, then set to the proper timezone and one more sync.

Ok finally the app asked to pair the tracker so that's set. I will try the time zone thing and see if it works...
