I found the Versa 3 on sale (180$ :canada:).
I see that it is no longer available on the FiBit website and wondering if it is worth me getting it? Any input would be helpful!

my Wife and I found a Versa 3 each at a local pawn shop and took a chance.. We do like them. It tracks your Sleep, Heart Rate, Steps. For me logging my food vs calories makes me question if i need that extra (insert food/drink) vs how many calories I've burned. I'm not always honest but it helps to keep myself in check!

Hi @SunsetRunner - it depends on what you have and what you are looking for, also consider the Versa 2, but don't pay more for a Fitbit.

@SunsetRunner I looked at your public profile and saw that you have experience with the Versa 2. I have experience with both models and I personally prefer the Versa 3. Here's why:
One thing I don't like is the haptic button instead of a real button. The Versa 3 added a water lock in the Swim shortcut. You push the button twice to turn off the water lock and the timing needs to be perfect. The water lock locks the screen so it doesn't activate when water touches it. It doesn't protect the device from water.
There's a link to Authorized Retailers at the bottom of every page. If you choose to buy a Versa 3, make sure this deal is from an Authorized Retailer. There is no Fitbit warranty of it isn't an Authorized Retailer. It also protects you from getting a counterfeit device.

@SunsetRunner If you're a workout person, you might not be happy with the Versa 3's exercise heartrate performance. There were many complaints about that. I got a refund and the Versa 2 is currently the only Fitbit I would purchase. I only care about fitness tracking and motivation.
