Is Versa compatible with HTC M9 ?

i haven't been able to sync my versa with my honor 6A since fitbit is such a letdown with honor and huawei devices.. it has worked for a while when i synced it with my lenovo laptop, one day it stopped syncing even though i have done everything, and after a while i got sick of factory resetting my watch every single day only to sync it for once and then doing it again.. 

i know the htc m9 is on the list of compatible devices, but i wanted to ask the people with a real experience if it really does lol. i am willing to get a new phone only because of my dumb dumb fitbit so i want to make sure i wouldnt end up with only a half functional watch and an empty wallet.. 

fitbit should be ashamed of themselves letting huawei/honor users down.

Hi, if you mean the  One M9 from HTC, it's only not supported by Fitbit on the both sites I know off, but also heard no complaints from users of this device with the Versa. Hope this helps.

@klaraum It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the compatibility of the HTC M9, this device is in the supported devices list, as you also mentioned. With this being said, we haven't received reports that this device is giving problems. Therefore you can go ahead and connect your Versa with this phone.
