Is it possible to add All-day sync?

I'm tired of having to constantly open to app to sync it myself. Also, ever since the new firmware update, I havent been getting any notifications on my watch. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips in this forum, and I'm convinced we can't all be having an issue unrelated to the update if we're all having the same problem. My favorite thing about my Fitbit was getting notified of calls and texts and as of yesterday, I'm getting nothing and just hoping something gets fixed, otherwise I just spent a lot of money on a step and heart rate counter.

Hi @Justlaura, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates.

In regards notifications, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa Lite? Are you not receiving text and phone call notifications or just one of them? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Looking forward to your reply.

I'm not getting phone or text notifications. I was getting them up until a
few days ago. I get the test notification, but it doesn't vibrate and my
watch doesn't wake up when it notified the watch. I see it when I turn my
wrist as if to look at the time. I'm using a Samsung Note 9. I've looked at
the list of compatible phones, and mine is compatible. I know its
compatible because notifications were working just fine up until the update.
