Is my Versa 3 dead?

Hi there

My versa 3, bought October 21. 15 months old. Worked perfectly until this week.
The device gets warm when I plug in, logo appears, single line flashes on screen. Won't go any further with start.

Won't charge, have tried:

  • Different plugs
  • Different outlets
  • Cleaning sensor & pins
  • Charging off computer USB
  • Factory reset

    Is this normal?  Should I only expect just over a year's use from one of these ?

Hi @IsabellNecessar I5 does sound as if your Versa 3 has died. I would not say this is normal, but it happens. Contact Fitbit Support  and hope they can help.

So I had a very similar experience with mine; similar age Versa 3. Fitbit support suggested a 20second hold to reset and it miraculously sprang back to life. Hope yours is so easily fixed

Thank you... sadly I have tried everything and nothing is working...all the resets, all the holds and nothing .
