Was there an update gone wrong? As of 4-4 my sleep data on the app is carried backwards to all prior days. Cannot see previous sleep data.
The same thing is happening to my food log which should be carried over from My Fitness Pal. I haven’t had a problem in the past - maybe some slow syncs, but this is all wrong.

Hi, can you tell me when you performed the update and which version of the firmware you're using now. Go to settings, press it and scroll down to device info and press that too. On top of the screen you see the version you're using.

That's the newest Firmware version. If you think that the update is the cause of your current problems, you can reinstall the update by performing a Factory Reset. Sync your Versa before you do that, so you will not loose any data. Click the link and you will get all the info about how to perform a FR and also all the info on how to setup your Versa to your phone all over again, cause after a FR your Versa acts like a new watch and therefore needs tobe setup again.
