Issue: Staying connected to Bluetooth

My VersaLite won't stay connected to Bluetooth, so it won't sync long enough to update weather, give me notifications, etc. I've tried restarting and making sure notifications are on, but this is not resolving the issue. Please help!

Hi @JanaKlein7 , do you have the latests version of the Fitbit app on your phone? If not, update it and restart your phone. Are there other BT enabled devices near your phone and Versa. If yes, disable their BT or move than out of BT range cause they will interfere with your phone and Versa. Regards kuzibri

Hello- I do have the latest fitbit app and have made sure no other BT device is enabled.  I've turned on and off my phone, reconnected BT to my Versa LIte and then turned off and on again the Versa. BT will still not stay connected and notifications will not push to my Versa.

 

In my fitbit app, the notifications button keeps thinking but will not let me view notifications and then defaults and says need to pair device.  I then go back and have made sure it is connected to BT, but still nothing.
