Issue syncing Versa with computer

Info. on my dashboard is always days behind current date.  Trying to synch,  Am missing some basic something?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you're having syncing difficulties with your Versa, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your phone or computer that can prevent the syncing procedure to be completed.
