Ever since I bought my Versa it does not properly sync with my phone.
I've made sure to keep it's software and the app updated.
I've also tried to set it up as a new device a few times, which tends to work for a day or so and then the device doesn't sync again.
I've also tried resetting the Bluetooth for it too.
Over the past few days, my Fitbit time is now wrong. Usually for about 10-15 minutes behind.
I'm not sure what to do. If I factory reset my fitbit will I lose all of my information from the past year?

I tried factory resetting it last night. And it worked fine until this morning.

I had to have a replacement sent to me because my Fitbit that I bought in July died, and the replacement arrived 3 days ago. The same watch the Fitbit versa light. It doesn't do the activity zones that my other one did in Activity, just does the minutes, I can't change the watch face and there are many other things that it's not doing, including syncing. I've been on the phone 3 days in a row for about 45 minutes each time trying to get things to work and was told today that since the new update overnight from December 31st to January 1st my phone is no longer compatible. I'm not a happy camper because I am not spending money on a new phone. I'm waiting for an email with the list of compatible phones. Not here yet. I googled and found a list but I don't know if it's complete. I have the Straight Talk LG version 9. My iPad is an old iPad but I'm sure not buying a new iPad to get my stats as the Galaxy suggested. I told her I don't think I'm going to be walking in the park carrying my iPad to check things. I don't use it at all to check my stats, I use my phone, and besides it's not syncing properly either. Likely they'll tell me because it's old also. I am really disgusted and about ready to call and just get my money back since it's under warranty. Three calls and I'm told different things with each person
The other two people yesterday and the day before did not tell me what the girl told me today, which was at my phone is not compatible. Today I couldn't get my heart information I couldn't get my sleep info and it just does the old activity, not the zone minutes., Can't change the face and on the watch, can't change the watch to show the simplified version of exercises, just tapping the words, walk run etc, now I have to flip through all the pictures. Nothing can be changed. I think today I am calling and we're going to have another talk. By the way as an aside I was able to set up the initial Fitbit in July with absolutely no problem. And no phone calls to them.
so after that long explanation has anybody had this problem that it's not compatible now??
