Issue with notifications in Fit bit Versa 2

Hi,

I am currently using Oneplus7 and have bought Fitbit Versa 2 recently. I have been facing an issue with notification right from the beginning, when I navigate to the notification tab I can see the below message.

"Notification service is not running, A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker".

I read somewhere if we clear the app cache then it works, but I can't do it every time since I need to log in again.

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device
