I just got my Versa classic and I am trying to setup the notifications from an LG X power 2 device. Can someone help me with this please. Thank you!

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about notifications from your LG X power 2 device. While your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend following the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Move on to the troubleshooting steps if you experience any difficulties.
