Issue with syncing active minutes

I have a Versa. Last night, when I synced my watch to my phone, the syncing process eliminated my active minutes entirely - not recording them onto the phone and wiping them completely from my watch. Frustrating!

 

this morning, after 45 active minutes, it did it again! What the h e double hockey sticks?

 

steps, miles, and flights of stairs are not affected. Calories are! 

 

PS I refuse to accept any solution that involves manual input: that’s NOT what I paid $200 for.

Sleep didn’t track either. This is vital as I am tracking this for medical purposes.
