My Versa lite very rarely accurately logs my sleep. After sleeping 6+ hours it will say in the app, that I only slept like 2 hours or so. I’ve tried the different sensitivity modes without any luck. I don’t think it has ever accurately logged my sleep. Am I doing something wrong? Do I wear the watch too loose? Maybe it’s not getting my heart rate correctly? Or does that have nothing to do with it? Some nights it will say that I didn’t sleep at all. After I know I had 6+ good hours asleep. Any advice or info would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
