Hi,
I changed my phone to Samsung galaxy a51.
Now I am not able to connect my versa lite to it.
I tried every thing to get it started.
Restart the watch , reset, uninstall n install the app , restart the phone. But nothing is working.
Only the Bluetooth gets connected. Nothing further.
It just keeps on prompting on my fitbit " to start, download the app'

When changing phones it should just be a case of downloading the app and logging in using the same email/password used on your old phone. If your old phone is still around it can help to "forget" any link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this can cause connection issues.
As there is no need to do anything on the fitbit I am surprised to see that you are getting the setup message. Did you do a factory reset or disconnect the fitbit from your account?
It sounds like you need to reconnect the fitbit to your account. In the app go to your account settings by selecting your profile image at the top left. Then select "set up a device". Hopefully this will get you reconnected.

The factory reset would explain the message you got. Do you get any error message when you try the "set up a device" in the app?

I'm not sure what else to suggest. If nobody else posts will a suggestion you may want to try customer support via contact.fitbit.com
