I've been battling for ages now with problems with my versa not syncing but since the latest update it has produced even more issues. I haven't received my weekly reports for the last two weeks, I'm not getting and notifications through to let me know my versa needs charging. I hate this new shortcut thing at the top of the screen when I swipe down. It gets in the way of trying to clear the odd notification that has managed to get through and in fact there is one notification that it won't clear down at all. Using the short cut to go into sleep mode etc you can't see what setting you are in without going through them whereas before when we swiped right you could hit the symbol and a line went through it to show it was turned off. I set my versa to record a walk and it spent the whole hour+ that I was walking showing "connecting" so consequently the exercise wasn't recorded.
I'm sorry, I have been with fitbit for several years now but I am getting increasingly frustrated with all these unresolved issues.

Hi @maryhorak What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Ok being iOS is probably the issue. Have a look at THIS thread about the problems the iPhone update has caused. Fitbit engineers are working towards a solution. Updates will appear in that thread.

Thanks NellyG for that link but it is only relating to notifications. Seeing as my app "Can't find" my versa I struggle to even sync my Versa and it doesn't cover the issue of not receiving reminders, not recording activity or the new "short cut" they have introduced. Thanks for your help and I will keep a eye on the link you attached for any further solutions.
