Trying to transfer music on my laptop to my Versa and somehow the battery wasn't charging and it stopped the transfer. I put the battery back in the charger and thought it would continue but for 5 hours now it's stuck on the same song. I would like to know how to start all over again and why such a long, long time to get 226 songs transferred? 15 hours? Is that normal?

 

Please help, I want to use my new Fitbit Flyer.

Hey @kekepania826, it's great to welcome you.

If you are having issues transferring music to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? help article and follow the instructions provide there. Regarding your inquiry, the time will depend on how many songs you want to transfer, if they are a lot, it might take some time transfer them to your watch. Also, if your internet connection isn't strong enough, the time will be longer.
