Issues when setting up a Versa

I am trying to set up my new versa. I chose the device then a screen popped up that said finish setup? I keep closing set up now. It keeps going back to the screen that asks if I want to set it up.  I have tried everything I can find to do. Any other suggestions?

It is a Galaxy S4. I have tried everything I have read and nothing has worked. Thank you for your help.

Me too. I am about to throw it out the window. I have uninstalled many times too. I can't get my watch to do anything but show the fitbit logo with the to start, download app message. 

Although my app seems to record the steps.
