Issues with Deezer and Account Verification

I got my Versa yesterday, syncing was easy, updating was easy. But I have had issues verifying my email on the fitbit app. Not sure if it's not working or what, but it says I need to verify, I send the email, I view the email and click the verify button and its takes me to the fitbit app dashboard, where it says I need to verify my email? Done this about a dozen times, kind of at my ends whit. Tried restarting phone, turning phone off and on again, logging out and back in, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Tried every suggestion I read as well as my own intuition, last thing I was thinking was, deleting my account and recreating it, unfortunately you cannot delete account unless your email is verified, gee who figured? I moved on past that because I was getting annoyed. Only bought the versa so have the fitness aspects and music, so I was gonna try out deezer. Immediately I went to the "www.fitbit.com/deezer" and typed in my activate/verification code. Everytime I do this is begin to redirect me to the fitbit dashboard, "after successfully syncing" at which point I would get a prompt "uh oh, an error occured" my app this shows I'm paired to deezer and my watch continually prompts me to enter my activation code. Really irritated with this, was hoping it would be smooth and easy, I do enjoy all the other basic amenities, but this could be a deal breaker if I can't get any issues resolved. Any insight would be great, having a hard time finding anything just like this on any forums.

Can I ask why you revised my title and did not respond? Curious as heck to figure out what to do. I can't find any solutions online. @LanuzaFitbit

Hello @AzermaTB.

I apologize for my delayed response.

In regards to the verification of the account, we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

In regards to Deezer, I'd like to ask if you are getting the error message on the Fitbit app or on your Versa itself?

Look forward to your reply.

Sweet, I look forward to seeing what you guys find on the verification problem. The error was showing on my phone and the app continued to crash over and over until I closed it and restarted it. I tried to sync some music last night and now my deezer app seems to work. Not sure if that is the solution, but it worked for me. Just  added music via the app even though it was still prompting me to enter the activation code! Thanks for getting back to me.
