This morning my versa was at 3% battery. I walked down stairs and it immediately shut off. I placed it on the charger as soon as i noticed and now it will not turn back on at all. Not matter what I do.

This happened to me yesterday. It still will not charge.

Same issue, more than two weeks since my Fitbit turned on.Not able to get support.

someone wanted to try my old versa before they bought one..
They had it 5 days.. it ran out of battery and was never able to turn it back on..
so it ended up in the garbage and that person is not going to buy a versa..
Oh well..

Mine said battery was low on Sunday night and then I noticed that it had turned off. I put it on the charger and usually I get the confirmation saying that it is charging but I never got that this time, the screen just remained black. I just tried turning it on again and it won't turn on.😔 Since everyone is complaining that they won't answer their phone, what else can be done?

Same thing, battery low, hook up the charger only it doesn't charge. Battery just keeps draining until the watch shuts down and doesn't start back up. Doesn't charge. I think that the charging unit isn't making contact with the four little pins correctly, hence not charging. Ever. I just got the **ahem** thing a week ago and it's dead.
So much for my Fitbit experience.

I started a chat with them. They are sending me a new one....coming Thursday. I’ve had mine since November....never had a problem til yesterday.
