My Versa watch was working fine yesterday and I left it to charge to full and once finished I took it off the charger and shut it down. Now it will not turn on despite hitting the buttons. The only way I can get it to turn on is to hold all 3 buttons and force restart it. I haven't used my versa for about a week but it charged normally and was able to update.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @bbybokchoi.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on. Thank you for your efforts and the additional details. I understand that your watch turns on when you restart it, but then it turns off? I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If the issue persists, try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
