Issues with Pairing Previously Owned Fitbit Device

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a Fitbit device through Amazon Returns, but I am encountering difficulties in pairing it with my phone. It seems the previous owner did not properly unlink the device, resulting in a pairing error on my end.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or steps you can provide to help me successfully pair the device to my account.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance.

Best regards

Hello, it's been over a week and I haven't received a letter. It's sad I can't use the watch. How many more weeks can it take to hear back whether support can help me or not?(

@Gabber01   Did you check your spam or any other mailboxes to see if the reply went there?  Please contact Support and ask for an update.  Also, please think about returning this Versa 3 if you can.  This item should have been in good working order when you bought it.
