Issues with Pandora

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My husband and I just bought the Special Edition Fitbit Versa and neither one of us are able to download Pandora to our trackers. We have the Pandora Plus accounts. I've spoke with someone from Fitbit Support and they did their best to help me, but got nothing. I received an email from a Product Specialist from Fitbit suggesting to reach out to Pandora and which I did. I just received their response and they're telling me to do the same thing that Fitbit told me to do. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem. We paid over $600 for these trackers.

My first thought would be to make sure the Versa is plugged in and charging.

Make sure the Versa knows how to connect to your WiFi.

Make sure that your phone or computer is also connected to the same network that the Versa is on.

I would also check the help doc .

How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch?

Download your most-played Pandora stations or popular curated Workout stations directly to your watch

It would be nice to know what device your using to setup pandora and if your getting any error messages.
Sorry if I repeated anything you have already been told, this might happen since I'm not sure what has been tried.

Are you seeing any error messages? At what step does the setup process fail?

I assume it is in the setup, or does tyetsetup process go fine, but the music does not get loaded on the tracker .

Sorry for the late reply. I have discovered the issue. It won't work with my internet provider. I have Charter Spectrum. So now I have to use another internet provider just to get it to download. Thank you for taking the time to try and help me.

I think I would contact your provider @SunsetRunner. If they are blocking it, they will have a record, explaineto them why why you need it and see if they will unlock the port for you.

I don't think it's locked. I believe it's more of an issue of
compatibility. But I will either be getting ahold of them or switching
providers.

If it is something the provider isn't allowing, then it is blocked.

Your provider may have blocked all but the standard common ports, and Fitbit may not be using a standard port to obtain music.

It might also be blocked in the local hub, either way your IP should be able to help.
