Issues with Quick Replies-Versa

I have become so fed up with this device after getting just one night I have been having issues finding out how the music works, clock faces, and now notifications. I am having issues with quick replying to any messages. My fiancee literally did the same steps I did and hers was already setup and mine was not (aka I setup both devices the same way for notifications). I have been searching the web for any solutions people have found and noticed that support people only reply back the same webpage that I have seen 5 times and it does no help to me the first time I read it. Then I decided to lookup my compatibility of my phone but I can't look it up because my phone isn't on the stupid list (Samsung Galaxy Sky Pro J7) or something around that. I am fed up with this device after just getting it. Does anyone have guidance for how to get it to work at all?

Hi @Thalt I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your tracker. It sounds like you have exhausted the links already, so I think the next step is to contact customer service. Fingers crossed they can find a solution to your issue.
