My fitbit suddenly stopped working. The icon shows and it says I need to download the app in different languages. I have tried to reconnect the device to no avail. Please help.

Hi @CamilaGray,
Sounds like you need to set up the Versa as a new device. To do this, you need the app on your phone (which you mentioned you already downloaded) and the Bluetooth needs to be ON. I would then connect the Versa to your Bluetooth on your phone, as you will have to do this in the setup process later on.
Next, log into the app. Find your Account (icon in the upper left corner of the screen), then select "Set Up A Device". Select your exact Versa version (Versa 1, Lite, or Versa 2) and follow the prompts on the app.
