Anyone having issues with the heart rate tracker on the versa 2? When I first got it, it was amazing. After 6 months it stopped tracking. Customer service was awesome and they sent me a new one with the warranty, but I'm having the same issue with the new one. I did all the trouble shoots with no luck. The new one will track if I'm not moving excessive and the strap is absurdly tight. This defeats the idea for tracking runs, etc. Could it be particular wrists? I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue. Has anyone had luck with a different model?
