Issues with verse 2 watch not syncing

My step per hour count on my versa watch face is not showing up correctly on my Fitbit app. I’ve tried synching the watch to update but it doesn’t change. My step count overall is correct but my steps per hour aren’t. 
Any idea why this might be?

I’m having the same issue today.  I wonder if something is going on with the app?  I see you posted nine hours ago and my first 250 steps at 7 am did not record on app even though it shows on the Versa 2 watch.
