What information is on the upper right-hand part of the watch face?  What do I do with it, it seems to be, some sort of time in hours/minutes/seconds or some other configuration.  I see a highlighterd (") icon

I need instructions about this part of the watch face. Please.

That doesn't sound familiar, but it would depend on which clock face you are using.  If you don't remember the name, tap you picture icon at top left to Account page, then tap your tracker model name or picture, then 'Clock Faces', then tap the big picture under 'My Versa' and it will show a smaller picture with the clock name and author.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the replay, but I am a new user and do not know what you are referring to when you say tap the model etc.   Tap it where on my watch? my iPhone, my iPad, my desktop?  I need very detailed instructions in order to be at the correct starting point.  I know it all sounds old hat to you but not to me.IMG_0169.jpg

Watch face you have chosen is corrupt. Time should be displayed there.  If you cannot change it you will have do a factory reset:  https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_versa_en_US.pdf

Thanks, I changed the clock face.

I was referring to the phone app, starting from the main screen.

If you are syncing with something other than smart phone, let me know.

There are at least hundreds of third-party developed clock faces and I'm not familiar with that particular one.  That looks like elapsed time and the symbol to the right of it is the symbol for "pause".  Maybe you can tap that to pause and restart.  Maybe it is a stopwatch that you started accidentally and is still running.

If you follow my instructions above on the phone app, you can see other clock faces and choose another one if you prefer.

You can click the following link to get to the official help instructions on changing clock face:
