Keeping bluetooth on all day

I was wondering, if I were to keep Bluetooth off all day and use my Versa 2 and only turn on Bluetooth at the end of the day, would it still transfer all the data from the day to the app, or do I have to have Bluetooth on all day for it to transfer the data throughout the day?
