My Versa stopped tracking heart rate and sleep a few days ago.
I have rebooted several times, I factory reset it and repaired (did the latest firmware update as well) but it still will not track heart rate. The flashing LEDs on the back of the device no longer light up.
For the time being I am wearing my old Charge 2, but I miss the functionality of the Versa.
Anybody know how to get help with this? I don't have time to sit on hold being at work, and I don't have Twitter. What happened to chat and email support? Any other ideas on how to fix this besides a replacement?
