Versa Lite Not Tracking Sleep, Hourly Steps or Active Minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just ran 3.5 miles and had my Fitbit on the entire time.  I restarted and forced-sync.  The exercise is logged but did not effect

my calories, active minutes or steps per hour.  It also hasn’t recorded my sleep regularly.

@ashleelovescats Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa lite not tracking your sleep nor showing data for your activities. Regarding the activities please update your app to help correct this issue. Also log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

About the sleep detection issue, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

It seems that something happened - perhaps a programming change? - on 6/18/20 since that's the last time my Versa Lite tracked my sleep hours, hourly activity, heart rate, accurate calorie burn, and intensity information on the graphs. It's not a syncing issue since other items are tracking properly. Is anyone else having this problem?

Having the same issue with my Versa Lite. My sleep hours no longer show up on my FitBit screen when I swipe up like they used to do. But, it still tracks my sleep when I go to the app or online account. It used to be listed under Core Stats in Settings. But, now, Settings still says I can choose "7 Stats to easily track," except there are only 3 - Core Stats, Steps and Heart Rate. I can't find an option for my sleep stats to appear on my watch anywhere. ANNOYING!
