The led lights that track and monitor my heart rate are completely out. I am not getting accurate steps, no sleep score and no heart rate. This is causing a huge inconvenience to me.

Hello @Saraho33
You might need to restart your Fitbit Versa 2. You won’t lose any data doing so. Just hold the button on the left of your tracker for about 10 secs until you see the Fitbit Logo. Once you see the logo release the button.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if restarting your Fitbit resolves the issues.
😃 Happy Stepping!

Hello again @Saraho33
Im sorry restarting didn’t fix the issue. I’d look at your settings to make sure you have your heart rate enabled. Just go to the gear icon on your tracker and ensure that the heart rate is on. If it is on you can try toggling it off then on again. Otherwise I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service at 877-623-4997
I’m sorry I couldn’t help.

I'm having this SAME EXACT ISSUE and it just started about a week ago after I updated the Fitbit. It was working perfectly fine before and now my HR is either stuck at 114 or doesn't show and my green light doesn't come on anymore. Talked to chat support, they disconnected while I waiting for their response and no one seems to have answers. I'm so frustrated but glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Lemme know if you find a solution please!

Hello @TinkTribe
Have you tried turning your heart rate setting off then on again on your watch?

Yes I just tried it again for like the 100th time lmao everything I've done to troubleshoot it doesn't work and I'm seeing a LOT of people having the same issue with the Versa 2. It worked perfectly fine a few days ago before an update and now my green sensor doesn't even come on

Hello again @TinkTribe
Let’s try shutting your Versa off then on again in another way…try this:
Go to your Versa 2 and swipe the screen to the left. Tap the gear image (settings). Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap “About” then tap “Shutdown” After your Versa 2 shuts down wait about 1-2 mins then press down on the side button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button.
😃 Hopefully this works….please let me know

Hello again @Saraho33
Did you try the steps in my last post. Turning the Fitbit off manually through the watches settings?
