The laser on my Fitbit Versa has stopped working and won’t read my heart rate either, while everything else is okay. I’ve done everything troubleshooting there was to do. I’ve cleaned the watch, removed the device/app, shut down/restarted the watch multiple times, and the laser still won’t come on!...

Did you have any luck getting it to work? I'm experiencing same problem and have been months. Contacted customer service did all forms of troublr shooting with it still not working. They said all they could do is send me 20% coupon for a new purchase. What???!! So frustrated I just want a product that works! Please let me know Thanks

i did the samething on my fitbit versa & still nothing i dont see no lazer nothing everything is wroking except the heart rate isn't working

Same thing happened to me in my Inspire2.
I found this scroll menu option on the unit (not the app) settings, start up and I tapped on the check mark in a circle. It reactivated my laser and started tracking the heartbeat again just fine.
hopefully this helps someone.
