Has fitbit acknowledged that the last update is causing major issues with fitbits across the board? Any sign of a fix?

@KFergz   Can you add some context to your post?  Fitbit releases app updates that are specific to Android or iPhones.  A bug in the Android app is rarely in the iOS app.  Likewise, firmware updates are device specific.  A Versa 3 update won’t affect a Versa 2.

More details are needed.

It has affect all devices across the board. I am using iOS.

I have a versa 2 operating on IOS latest SE

IPHONE My Fitbit is basically worthless now.

My steps are not being synced with my account. The last Good working sync was 5-09-22. The last Update shows 05-10-22 and no sync after this date. Samsung Android phone and Windows 10 PC.

Yes, mine is starting me out at midnight with 6000-8000 steps. I would really like an accurate step count...

I personally can say that Fitbit has totally ignored my posts. And at this point, my Fitbit not only doesn't count steps it doesn't show Excercise and Time to get moving. My first Fitbit was a pocket step counter It worked great. I have owned every step counter they have made. ever since the last update on 5-09-2022, my Fitbit has been screwed up. It not only won't count steps It will not Sync properly. It keeps trying to Sync and uses up the battery power so fast that it won't last a full 12 hours. If I don't hear from them SOON I will be moving on to the Garmon.
