Does anyone know what or how to find out what the latest firmware Is on the versa lite. My tracker says 38.33.1.30
i feel that mine is the original that came with the tracker. Mine failed to update but I managed to rescue it through win10 but seem to have the old interface. To be clear. What is Fitbit’s latest version?

Update your fitbit app in your mobile phone and connect to your versa. It can be updated.

The app is up to date. The tracker isn’t. It seems that, if your firmware update fails. You lose it. I managed to rescue it through win10 but it has reverted back to original software/ firmware.

I don't have the Lite but, have you tried checking for updates through the app?
Click on account (top left), go to help, and scroll down.

P.S: This is not an app update - there is a 'device' section under 'help'

I encountered this case too.
1. Make sure the fitbit app in your smartphone is up to date.
2. Remove the versa lite in the app in your SMARTPHONE.
3. Add your versa lite.
*If not successful, factory reset the versa lite before step 3.

Yeah tried that. It says it’s up to date but it clearly isn’t. Unless Fitbit have reverted back to the original interface.

I’m having the same issue, I’m running 32.33.1.30 and the app says my Versa is up to date
