Leaderboard App

Has any one been able to get this to actually work on the watch?? When I try to use it, it gets stuck on the loading screen and says "Loading.... Tip: Tao a friend to send them a cheer or friendly taunt!" 

But it never loads anything else. I tried re installing the app and restarting my phone. The Bluetooth is also on and on wifi.

This does not sound like a Fitbit app So you might want to contact the developer

Did you go to the app and update it? I had to and it works now.

Yes, and I made sure that it was completely downloaded.

I have searched the forum and done everything that was mentioned about the leaderboard, and it's still not working for me.

When opening the app i see the following message:

Loading

Tap a friend to send them a cheer or a friendly taunt!

This screen does not change. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Shutting down the versa. Logging out of the fitbit app on my phone. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

Nothing works.

Please help.

This must be a problem that Fitbit doesn't care much about to try to remedy it.  I am having the same exact issues with my Versa.
