As of yesterday, the left button on my versa has stopped working. I'm not sure when it happened but around five pm I noticed. I've been able to reset the watch by pressing the left button and the bottom right button. However, I can't access the music controls and back out of alarm or exercise. I've also tried to clean the watch thinking something might be stuck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The easiest way to repair this error is to take your fitbit, throw it in the garbage and buy watch from another brand. Since you did upgrade your fitbit you can not expect it to work afterwards. Fitbit will tell you to clean it with toothpick and restart it. This might look like its working, but soon it will happen again. For me it looks like it stops working if one of the buttons on the right side i pressed.
