I havent heard of anyone else, but a few came off the Ionics that were sold. Contact Support (link in my signature ) or return it to the store you bought it from for a replacement.

Best AnswerJust recently had this happen to me. I took it back to the store and got a new one. However, I did contact Fitbit to let them know. They weren't very helpful in wanting to fix it. They told me I would have to open a claim and they would have to follow up with the warranty dept.
