I've only had my Versa for a little over the week and the left side button came off. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I havent heard of anyone else, but a few came off the Ionics that were sold. Contact Support (link in my signature ) or return it to the store you bought it from for a replacement.

Just recently had this happen to me. I took it back to the store and got a new one. However, I did contact Fitbit to let them know. They weren't very helpful in wanting to fix it. They told me I would have to open a claim and they would have to follow up with the warranty dept.

Have mine for a few months now. Just saw this morning that the right lower settings button has fallen out🙄

@Caro_R  as you'll still be within warranty I have flagged your post for the attention of the moderators. They will be able to put you in touch with customer support.

The left side button came off my versa.  It still works.  Can I get a new button?  If I did would it stay on?
