Less than 24hr battery life

I'm a week or so in to having my versa, I love it but I have begun to notice that the battery life is really shocking.  It doesn't even last 24 hours.

I wake up and it has died whilst I've slept, so I can't use it for my morning run. I charged it fully last night, put it on as I was going to sleep, and it's at 50% when I've woken up. It can't surely use half it's battery life while I sleep? It needs charging at least once a day, which can't be right surely? I can't trust it at all.

Is this a known fault?

Hi @SGowers - This is not normal. It sounds like you are within the 45 day return window. I suggest you take it back to the retailer and return it, then buy a new one.  Sorry this has happened to you.

I have the same problem.  My Fit Bit is less than two months old and the battery lasts less than 24 hours.  I charged it last evening and when I went to check my steps this afternoon it was dead.  I have gone through a number of posts on fixing the problem and none of them seem tohave worked.  How do I return it for a new one?
