Lifeless Fitbit Versa

For a few days now my Fitbit versa has been totally lifeless, with the only sign of life is my alarm going off and the green sensor flashing. However, the screen will not turn on whatever I try. I've tried a factory reset many of times, as well as a complete shutdown and still nothing.

I only received my device by the end of February and expect better for an expensive product.

Any help will be appreciated.

It would seem the screen is broken and as its under warranty, take it to the shop for replacement.
